Let me tell you a little bit about myself – my name is Tapasya for starters. Enchanté! For as long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in all sorts of different hobbies – reading, writing, dance, art, stationery, music, crochet, sewing, dance, and so much more. While some hobbies have only kept me entertained for a few days, a few weeks, or a few months or years, there is one hobby that has been present in my life for as long as I can remember – stationery.

I remember once when I was probably around 5 years old, I spotted a beautiful, sparkly Tinkerbell stationery set at Safeway. I think I only threw a huge tantrum for something as a kid twice – once was for a cash register, and the other was for this stationery set. Boy oh boy do I remember crying for the Tinkerbell stationery set! At the time, my dad said no and I remember I kept crying all the way back to the car, but then my mom said she forgot to grab something from the store and went back for a couple of minutes while I continued to cry in the backseat. I was absolutely delighted when she came back and I discovered she’d actually bought me the Tinkerbell stationery set! It was purple, it was sparkly, and 5-year-old me couldn’t be more mesmerized if she tried!

The set had a notebook, a mini calculator, a pen, a pencil, a sharpener, a pencil case, and a few other knickknacks. I remember loving that set so, so much! Along the same vein, one of my favorite stores growing up was the Sanrio store because I absolutely adored all the cute stationery they had. Even though I’m years and years older now, my love for stationery is not only as alive as ever before, but to the absolute chagrin of my wallet, it has grown to proportions I never could have imagined possible.

After buying stickers and adorable stationery from so many amazingly talented artists and their beautiful shops, I finally decided I wanted to create a cozy little shop of my own where I could share my love of stationery and my creations with the rest of the world, and so MoonsetMagic was born!

While the primary focus of Moonset Magic is stationery such as sticker sheets, vinyl stickers, foil prints, art prints, and washi, you will also find a variety of other products here such as one-of-a-kind, beautiful, handcrafted jewelry pieces I’ve made myself. All of the things at MoonsetMagic are designed, produced, and packaged by me! I hope you’ll find something that brings a smile to your face in my shop, so please have a leisurely look around.
