What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All packages are shipped via USPS.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship to any country that USPS is able to ship to. You can check the USPS website to see if your country is currently experiencing any international mail service disruptions.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Domestic orders should arrive 3-7 days after receiving your shipping notification. International orders can take anywhere from 1-3 months depending on where you are in the world. Please note that how fast your international order arrives depends entirely upon your country’s customs processing times.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Processed?
Order processing times are usually around 1-2 weeks.
How Can I Return a Product?
To return a product, please send me an email as soon as possible as returns are only accepted within the first 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. I’m unable to offer a refund once 14 days have passed since your purchase.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please send me an email right away at hello@moonsetmagic.com if there’s been some sort of mistake with your order and you need to cancel it. I’m unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed, however I can definitely cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped out yet!
